Today’s blog is a “once upon a time” tale about a travel adventure, discovery, life comedy, and a little slice of my true life story! You don’t have to be a fan of Key Lime Pie to laugh along!
Once upon a time…a Princess and her Prince planned their first trip to Key West. They were travel newbies so they innocently planned their trip to paradise during what turned out to be the high heat of late June/early July only to discover that the evil summer months are shoulder season in Key West for a reason! Our Princess did not enjoy sweating in places where a Princess is not intended to sweat.
Despite the heat, our hero and heroine managed to fall in love with Key West, and they tried everything that tourists try including a slice of the famous Key Lime Pie.
Princess Newbie was enchanted by the Key West Key Lime Pie and she fell under a spell. She became determined to find out how to properly make her own.
